Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Call Handling - Picking calls recd at branch, transferring calls , taking down messages or providing details as requested by prospect / customer
  • Directing / Assigning / Responding to Emails recd on central Email id
  • iCABS - Ticket Assignment and co-ordination with concerned employee for status update
  • Change Neg Employee
  • Invoice Forecast, Invoice Suspensions, Invoice Print and distribution
  • Generating Renewal report
  • Generating Renewal letters for CSEs
  • Renewing same price price increase contracts
  • Raising Termination requests in portal
  • Raising CR ticket for price decrease
  • SHE related documentation
  • Fumigation Certification and updation in register
  • License Renewal, Compliance and Preparation for audit by inspector
  • Incentive Calculation - OE and BM
  • Attendance and standard input (Mediclaim etc, Contract Labour Input, Indents)
  • Branch Customer Documentation - Quotations, Customer Compliance, OCC Filing, PO Filing, Warranty etc
  • Entering receipt and deposit slip into system for collections
  • Adjustments for collections on behalf of other branches
  • Raising Credit note request on portal
  • Petty Cash portal management and local bank activities
  • Conveyance records for Technicians
  • Service Docket upload for KA
  • Any other activities assigned by the Branch Manager as per the Branch Dynamics.


  • ICabs Ticket Management
  • On time submission of reports
  • Branch Documentation
  • Support accounts related activities
  • Any Graduation degree
  • At least 0 - 1 yrs experience in Back office administration
  • Preferably from MNC
  • Typing Skills
  • Computer Skills with working knowledge of applications like word, excel.
