1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport withthe candidates and colleague
2. Have the ability to multi task and meet aggressive recruitment targets within defined timelines
3. Good experience in MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
4. Will have to do analysis on all recruitment related reports and publish them as per agreedtimelines
5. Coordination between Internal HR and candidates on offers, joining and inductionsrelated activities
