WORK LOCATION _ MANESAR
Hands on knowledge of Juniper, Huawei or Cisco products
- Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, static , EIGRP ) and data carrying techniques (MPLS L3/L2 vpn) and knowledge of ISP environment
- Providing 3rd level technical support within a multi-vendor environment
- Work with a team on an out-of-hours on-call support
- Troubleshoot logged faults and isolate the cause to minimize impacts
