Designation: HR Recruiter ( Contract Role)

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Purpose : To support and execute recruitment and new employee orientation, and any other supporting HR logistics and administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

1.Responsible for supporting end-to end recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling) across all the levels and Departments
Responsible for the job posting on various portals and screening the CVs received through portals. Collect the CVs through internet sourcing, referrals, headhunting etc

2.Maintaining database of potential candidates of different profiles and upgrades it from time to time as per requirement. Pre-screening of candidates CVs etc. and sends the same to the departmental heads and hiring managers for final screening.

3.Responsible to conduct the initial level interviews in an organized way which includes first level filtering of candidates through the telephonic interviews and /or Face to Face interaction etc.

4.Handles the post interview activities like Pre employment Health checkup, arranging accommodation and sharing Employee Verification Form during the time of joining and all administrative and logistics issues pertaining to candidates at the time of interviews.

5. Will be responsible for processing of Travel reimbursements/relocation allowance & other Bills

6.Responsible for maintaining the MIS such as Recruitment tracker, Recruitment MIS reports on Weekly, Monthly basis etc.

New Employee Orientation:

1.Support planning and execution of Day 1 onboarding for all new hires- Welcome email, Creation of position codes, preparing relevant documents as per checklist and send over to Induction Team, Support the creation of organization announcements, activation of portals
2.Arranging the accommodation to the new joiners as required
3.Coordinate with Admin for work station & other formalities
4.Coordinate with IT for creating the e-mail IDs and all IT access issues for the new joinees.

Employee Database:

1.Maintaining employees Database and HR MIS.

Educational Qualification: MBA/ PG-Diploma in HR with a basic science qualification (Bachelors degree) plus

Experience: 0-2 Years

Technical/functional Skills: General HR skills and knowledge, HR fundamentals on Recruitment
and New employee orientation, excellent communication skills, influencing skills, proficiency

in MS-Excel and MS-Word.

Behavioral Skills:

Tenacity, logical reasoning abilities, listening, attention to detail, ability to follow-up and follow-through of tasks to completion, analytical thinking, demonstrating empathy and connecting with employees, speed, efficiency, adaptability and flexibility.
