Job Profile 1 - Digital Officer ( Only for Graduates.)
Salary: 1.90 ctc + incentives.
Shift: Pure day shift.
Working would be for 6 days and Sunday fixed off.
- Outbound Calling process
- Leads will be provided by the company
- Banking Products selling
- Inside Sales, taking follow up with customers
- Converting leads into sales.
Job Profile 2: Digital Relationship Officer ( Only Graduates can apply)
Salary: 2.40 CTC + incentives.
Shifts: Day shifts
Working would be for 6 days and 1 Rotational off.
- Upselling & cross-selling
- No Cold calling, only existing customers.
- Converting Leads into Sales
- Banking Products selling
- Inside Sales, taking follow-ups with customers
Job Profile 3: Associate Sales Executive (Undergraduate can also apply)
Salary : 2.35 ctc + incentives
Shifts:- Pure Day shifts
Working would be for 6 days and Rotational off.
- Outbound Calling process
- Leads will be provided by the company
- Banking Products selling
- Inside Sales, taking follow up with customers
- Converting leads into sales.
Desired Candidates:-
- Candidates must be ok with Sales.
- Candidates should be very good at English Communication.
- Candidates should be ok with any shifts.
- Candidates should be ok with the voice process.
- Average Speaking Candidates can be eligible.
- Candidates must be ok with Targets, based on incentives.
Experience: Tele-sales experience or any kind of inbound outbound sales experience will be preferred.
