Job Description

Role location

  • The role will be located on a full-time basis in India - work from Home.

We are looking for a Back-office operations manager who can work under pressure and deliver key objectives. A little bit of finance background is beneficial but not essential. The role needs someone highly motivated and tenacious.

Account Customers Monthly

  • Manage, produce and issue Account Customer Invoices.
  • Communicate with business customers and set up business accounts on Pulse

SKLMS and my record

  • Maintain record of Invoices issued and payments received. Reconcile with Bank Statements (Inder)

Manage and control Commercial Waste bins at all Dominos and Tim Hortons stores and Head offices. (Through broker,1st Waste Management)

  • Check monthly Invoices and Waste Transfer notes
  • Order services and bins for new stores
  • Receive in store issues and communicate with 1st Waste to resolve daily
  • Freshers Extra requirements
  • General management - review needs

Company Mobile phones. All staff

  • Maintain company records of users and devices issued
  • Scrutinize monthly Invoices, record and approve
  • Deal with any anomalies

Premises Licensing (Dominos)

  • Maintain records of licenses issued
  • Monitor and ensure annual fees are paid before expiry
  • Approve license fees for payment

Bulk items for Dominos and TH stores

  • Receive orders from RM (labels, till rolls, printer toner)
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Maintain records, approve Invoices for payment

RENT for Flats above stores

  • Reconcile bank payments received with expected rents
  • Update and maintain record on Estate Master spreadsheet
  • Report to Chris if rent not received or issues

FREEHOLD properties

  • Reconcile bank payments received with Freehold Rent
  • Update and maintain record on Estate Master spreadsheet
  • Report to Chris any issues

Adhoc Invoicing

  • Record and create Invoices for Ad hoc charges usually come from Property
  • Maintenance or Marketing Team
