Description
Operational Responsibilities
- The role is to respond to inbound emails received from our customers in UK regarding their medical claims.
- You should be able to demonstrate good written skills in English and the ability to make decisions.
- Key accountabilities include quality in service delivery meeting all SLA targets
- Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization
- Analyze the claims from eligibility and underwriting stand point
- Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization Service Level Management
- Deliver in accordance with agreed key performance metrics of turnaround time, quality, productivity etc.
2. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Education and Experience
- Graduate / post-graduate degree
- Transaction processing experience desirable
- Experiences in email writing would be preferred.

- Good written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively
- Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
- Ability to prioritize work and respond to customers within expected time

Technical Competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required
- Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications
Language Skills
- English - speaking, reading and writing
Shift timings: 7 45 AM to 4 45 PM and UK shift as well
Work Location: Manyata Tech Park/ Ecopolis Yelahanka and no cab facilty for days shift
