Job Profile
To interact with business team and customers and arrange the documents required by the lawyers and valuers as per sanction
To interact with lawyer and valuers and arrange the final Legal/VR reports
To review the Legal and Valuation reports and to provide clearance of title as per internal process
Preparation of mortgage formats
To interact with customers / business team and complete the mortgage creation process and registration with Sub Registrar Office
To interact with member banks in case of MBA and Consortium Banking arrangement cases and get their legal / valuations reports and to be cleared as per internal process
To interact with industrial development authorities like SIPCOT/SIDCO for getting the permission to mortgage approvals and visit to Sub Registrar Offices for completing end to end mortgage registration process
Property vault management
Follow up of post disbursement / mortgage deferrals documents, insurance, stock statements, stock audit, LAD documents etc. from customers and review and internal updation
To complete revaluation and legal audit in co-ordination with lawyers and valuers
Maintenance of records in the branch and updation of internal systems
Verification of loan documents and disbursement
Any other assignment allocated from time to time
