Roles & Responsibilities: -
Quality Analyst would be responsible for: - Assessing the quality performance of the associates - Monitoring calls for Sales Inside, Inbound and Collection Teams - Identifying Process gaps - Auditing the process hygiene - Prepare and analyze internal quality reports - Coach and Mentor the associates to improve their performances - Participating in calibration sessions - Provide structured and timely RCA
Skills Required :-
Atleast 1+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst Good verbal and written communication skill, Self-Motivated, Strong Work Ethic, Detail-Oriented, Process-Oriented Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint Knowledge of SalesForce and Ozontel Tools would be an added advantage Experience of having audited Sales Process / Edtech calls
