Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the RDE portfolio Electronics development Understand customer requirements and communicate them to other Danfoss teams, and act as the liaison for program activities as appropriate. Monitors progress and achievements on projects. Provide regular reports on development and support activities Ability to lead project technically, work with cross functional teams & provide solutions. Should have ability to influence and drive people / activities on complex technical issues.. Ensures new products meet our customers needs. Develop re-usable components and looks for continuous improvement opportunities in mobile & industrial products. Share knowledge within the team and demonstrates flexibility working in parallel on multiple assignments/product categories. Collaborate with local / global suppliers for prototype developments, external labs for testing etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors Degree in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Electrical Engineering. Minimum 7+ years’ experience in relevant field. Proven track record within product development, quality assurance, reliability engineering and robust design Fluent and comprehensive English Extensive experience of full Hardware development life cycle including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing. Hands on experience in defining the system / subsystem specifications, designing the architecture and requirements for complex systems. Should have hands on experience on hardware architecture design, feature & performance specifications, 16/32-bit Microcontrollers based designs. Should have hands on experience in Linear, SMPS, signal conditioning and driver circuit design & testing. Strong knowledge of EMI / EMC certification and environmental compliances – CE, e/E markings process. Good Knowledge of IEC, CISPR, ISO, SAE standards. Hands on experience on various Communication protocols— CAN, RS232, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, wireless etc. Good knowledge on PCB design guidelines for SI, high speed design & EMI/EMC. Design for functional safety (IEC 61508)
