  • Responsible for handling queries of customer through inbound calls
  • Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries / grievances.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customers needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
  • Executing trades on behalf of customer
  • Have a good positive attitude-should be committed to the work

Technical Skills:

  • NCFM/NISM VIII certifications in capital markets, derivatives, and currency
  • derivatives
  • Good quantitative/analytical skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills required
  • Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Relationship Management, Good
  • knowledge of financial market
  • Should have Laptop/PC along with good Internet Connection
