• An Associate Engineer- BIM to work in coordination with the Manager - BIM on BIM Revit Family/Content Creation using the Revit tool for the Data Centers and other Vertiv Products
• He/ she will be responsible to deliver quality deliverables as per the organization's standards

Job Specifications:

• Degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred)
• Revit content creation:
• Revit families (main focus)
• Revit project modeling or model updates & corrections (architecture, MEP, and structural)
• Drawing and document creation based on models or other 2D drawings
• 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit (Revit families and Revit projects)
• Read the Technical Submittal to understand and create the Revit Family (Content) for different Revit Discipline.
• Familiarity with BIM360, or other model sharing/coordination services
• Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks to analyses clashes is required.
• Must have good written & verbal communication in English
• Active user of MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A)
• Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor is plus
• Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams is plus

If candidate has electrical background experience in following is plus:

• Lighting calculation, type of lighting and knowing how to organize lighting in space
• Familiarity with cable tray equipment, type and layout creation
• Creation of electrical installation layout drawings

If candidate has HVAC background experience in following is plus:

• Familiarity with HVAC equipment types
• Creation of HVAC layout drawings
• Technical/practical skills: analytical, assessment, organizational
• Able to establish effective teamwork and communicate effectively
• Skilled in analysis and solving problems
• Drive to continuously improve and learn
• Proactive, meticulous, thorough, with good organization skills
• Drive and Sense of Urgency.
