Consultants in this role get to:
Consistently deliver: Take a high volume of inbound calls from prospective customers using a standardized sales methodology to assess needs.
Be the point of contact: Make targeted recommendations leveraging client solutions that will improve the prospects business and/or situation. Take the lead in making outbound sales calls to close any pending sales opportunities.
Be the expert: Utilize (Client & Sutherland) provided applications to enter data, update customer accounts, set callbacks, enter notes and other important customer information.
Define Sutherland reputation: Represent our client to the highest standard, with a displayed passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
A High school diploma or GED
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills
Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications
Previous inbound sales experience
