Description
Responsible for qualified lead generation and development of a healthy sales funnel.
Should be responsible to hunt new business 80% and maintain the existing accounts 20%.
Drive revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.
Should have a mix of experience - Lead Gen ( preferably Outbound) + Closure.
Preparing sales related reports, sales projection report, weekly/monthly sales plan on Salesforce.com.
Collaborate with the Lead Generation and Marketing team to achieve sales goal.
Candidate requirement:
Engineering services Sales Background like Manufacturing, Architectural Engineering & Constructions, Oil & Gas, Power Plant Engineering & Utilities.
Max 5-6 years (Max 8 years) of Sales Experience and minimum 4 years Inside Sales Exp probably in Europe.
Strong Negotiation skills.
