Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Financial analysis, including ageing, variance analysis (actual versus budget), Unit P&L review.
  • Presentation of financial results to senior management.
  • Ensuring Proper Control & Implementation of SOP(Standard Operating Procedures) w.r.t to all plant activities
  • Ensuring & Effective implementation of Internal controls
  • Preparation & Presentation of MIS & monthly business reports to Management
  • Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
  • Effective communication with team members for smooth implementation & completion of all accounting & related activities
  • Support Business Unit Heads on providing timely information for the decision making and better understanding of financials.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projection.
  • Review of operations across the plant for effective cost control & running efficiency of operations
  • Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders
  • Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the Senior management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP

Desired Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant ( CA ) qualified ( Fresher / Experience ) both can apply
