At the time to Dealing with Nephrologist:-
Meet them in their clinic / opd
Take the lead from them for new patients
Plan date for catheter implantation
Feedback on pts:
Exchange Procedure
PET results, PD Adequacy
Patients file
Infection management
Plan Pts. education program
Maintain all PD pts. Records
At the time to Dealing with Patient:-
Counseling
Plan date of Catheter implantation
Management & monitoring pre & post implantation
Training on exchange procedure
Ordering the stocks with distributor
Weekly follow up @ residence
Maintain Pts. so that he leads Longer & healthy life
At the time to Dealing with Sales Manager
Each & every activity report on daily basis
Monthly Drs & Pts. visit plan
Plan Patient counseling to gather
Pts. initiations projection month/week wise
Initiation & drop out report week wise
Coordinating for Pts. meet & CME
Report high risk pts. & action plan for reviving them
Surviving patients data
At the time to Dealing with Mgr. - Clinical Training:-
Weekly report on new & drop out pts./ drs wise
Compile list of pts. for PET results
Compile list of pts. for change of transfer set due date/month
List of high risk pts. and action plan to revive them
Report on infection & its management
Maintain drop out data (with reasons) Drs wise
At the time to Dealing with Distributor
Collect monthly data of pts. bag purchase
Coordinate for order & supplies in first week of training
Coordinate & place orders for
Starter kit
Monthly dressing kits
Transfer set & TS change kit
