Description
Job Purpose:
Candidate shall be responsible for cascading the direction of his seniors and providing appropriate leadership and direction to the field force in ensuring achievement of budgeted sales targets, implementation of marketing strategies, market penetration and MCR coverage by the field force. Will devise action plans to improve the productivity and performance through internal / external benchmarking.
Duties and Responsibilities (KRA):
- Communicate and collaborate with seniors on goals.
- Ensure complete strategy/system implementations as per directives received from Head Office
- Resolve field issues, dealing with stockist & chemist.
- Coordinating with HO for compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit the tour programme for self as per the guidelines in given time limit
- Work analysis of previous month at the review meeting which should include,
- Campaign Implementation
- Near Expiry Stock
- Stock position: Brand wise with each stockist
- Customer Coverage
- Stockiest wise Plan
- Product wise plan
- Value wise achievement plan
- Build business relationships with assigned customer.
- Attend and participate in quarterly or cycle meetings.
- Monitoring and ensuring DCR submission on time of each subordinate.
- Facilitate utilization of samples and support materials with proper communication.
- Ensuring compliance to samples regulations.
