Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile Purpose of the Job: To provide learn and earn opportunity for Fresher candidates under National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) for 12 months period. Upon successful completion of assessment at the end of the apprenticeship period, the incumbent will be awarded with a government recognized certificate. And also an opportunity to get confirmed on the rolls of the organization subject to the organizations discretion based on business requirements and performance. Key Performance Indicators
