Job Description

• Tech stack covers: Java, Spring, Apache, TIBCO ESB, .NET, Adobe Marketing, Sitecore CMS, Ektron CMS, Sybase, RedHat linux
• Must have understanding of Java, JVM or .NET equivalent for troubleshooting and performance tuning through thread dump and log analysis
• Working experience on Sybase database setup and stored procedures
• Must have working experience on application build and release processes for different technology stacks like Java & .NET
• Strong analytical skills with working experience to diagnose issues and provide resolution within SLA’s.
• Has worked with Servicenow or equivalent service desk lifecycle management tool, with managing the ticket lifecycle and assignment.
• Monitoring experience using tools like Dynatrace, HP
• Strong knowledge on scripting using Powershell or Linux Bash
• Working experience in production support environment on Java and .NET platforms
