Job Description

Job purpose

As an Implementation Analyst, ability to learn fast the Accelya Products and then have the capability to analyze customer issues related to the product and provide technical resolution on the issues. Provide high quality customer service with the objective of being a contributor to customer loyalty and highest possible customer retention.

What will you do?

  • Ability to have effortless communication with the customers
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate Accelya internal teams.
  • Communicate to 3rd party developers with clear instruction on issue resolution.
  • Responsible to conduct end to end review workflow.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, JSON and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure setup, databases, firewall, cloud, and networking.
  • Ability to work within a small team environment with little supervision and flexible shift.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills with knowledge of the airline industry.

What do you need to know?

  • Must have experience in providing technical support for application software.
  • Knowledge and experience with XML-based system interfaces, schema design, and XML based tools like Postman, SOAPUI are preferred.
  • Familiar with Zendesk, and issue management systems (Jira - Service Desk/Zendesk).
  • Background in software development/programming given preference.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science/Information Systems field or equivalent.
