GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should be able to resolve the queries raised by the branches.
- Analyze business processes and requirements
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions within the timelines
- Should be a very strong team player
- Enhancing the knowledge with self learning abilities
- Should be able to maintain SLA

EDUCATIONAL / OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BSC-IT
- Interim Excel knowledge (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, Import Range, Functions), Google sheets
