Role: Customer Service Associate (English & Hindi Chat Process)
Job Type: Contract (2 months)
Location: Punjab ( Anyone within Punjab can apply for this role)
Earn upto INR 18000

So, what will you do as a Customer Service Associate? You will act as the first point of contact for our customers by answering their queries through phone, chat or email. You will support our customers with their orders, product queries, payment issues, account updates, website education or problems they may be having. If you are a people person and can deliver great customer service, this role is for you. No previous contact center experience necessary, as we will provide an initial 2-week training. As this training is imperative for setting you up for assisting our customers, no holidays can be taken during this time.
What skills will you need?
- Minimum education qualification is 10+2 Pass
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
What are the job requirement?
- Flexible with Day/Night Shifts and rotational week offs
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection at home
- Active individual bank account, PAN card and E-Aadhaar card
- Flexible to support multiple skill sets (Voice & Non-voice) irrespective of the original skill
- For all regular students, Should have an approval from college to work for a month
What will you working week look like?In order to ensure that we match customer demand, well schedule your work based on a variety of shift patterns between Monday and Sunday from 7am to 9pm, for a contract period of 2 months. Expect to be working 5 days a week on average during this time.
What are the benefits?INR 14000 per month to INR 18000 per month (PF & Professional Tax Included) + Allowances.In addition, we offer the following benefits:
