Description
Walk-ins on 16th & 17th July in between 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports of performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Have experience of Inbound and Outbound call center.
- Has proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
- Able to achieve deadlines and sales target.
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- To handle the first level escalation.
- To Mentor new agents to help them achieve targets and come up the learning curve
- To provide Floor Support for New Agents in the Process
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to think independently and make decisions
- Capable of working under pressure
- Should be a good Team player.
- Eager to learn new things and implement innovative ideas
- Persistent and Problem solving abilities
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and Convincing skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Must be a Graduate from a recognized university
