Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To recruit sales advisors/sales agents and form a team of 5 10 members from own source and network.
  • To train and develop the sales advisors in product and sales techniques.
  • To drive sales targets within the team and achieve business targets.
  • To join sales advisors for sales calls and visit potential customers.
  • To follow up on already generated leads to close them successfully
  • Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
  • Assuring that the business targets are met as per goal sheet given.

Criteria Required:

  • Age Limit 24 to 40 years.
  • Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream.
  • Team handling experience of more than 6 months would be desirable.
  • Experience of at least 1 year of Life Insurance sales/Medical or Pharma Sales or BFSI sales.
  • Local resident for some time.
  • 2-Wheeler/4-Wheeler must.
  • Android-based smart phone with an active connection as we have spot issuance of Insurance policy to the customer through our technology platform.
