Job Description

Handling office tasks, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

Responsible for Petty cash management & timely submission of bills for reimbursement.

To manage housekeeping & security personnel. Ensure that office is maintained clean all the time.

Responsible for pantry management.

To coordinate with maintenance staff & internet service providers.

Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary

Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

To be responsible for Purchase Orders & invoicing.

Greet and assist visitors.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.

Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)

Any other works assigned by the management from time to time
