Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key vendors in the Kitchen category to drive business growth.
P&L Ownership: Manage financial metrics, including revenue, margin, and inventory health.
Strategic Planning: Develop long-term business plans and promotional strategies to increase selection and improve customer experience.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use SQL and Excel to analyze sales trends and optimize pricing and availability.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline supply chain and operational workflows.

Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and execute business opportunities that create value for both the seller and Amazon.
Project Oversight: Manage various improvement initiatives, projects, and new product launches within the category.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development and Onboarding teams to streamline seller integration and performance.
Operational Excellence: Consult with sellers to improve their operational metrics and ensure a superior consumer experience.
Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive business analysis to monitor performance and identify future growth trends.
Executive Reporting: Provide regular, high-level reports and data-backed action plans to leadership.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Sales Experience: Proven experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and cold-calling companies.
Preferred Tools: Experience with pipeline management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Performance History: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
