Roles and Responsibilities
• To communicate and represent effectively the educational services of DigiTech Vidya to interested students & Their Parents
- Convert Face to Face Enquiries into Admissions & Telephonic inquiries into walk-ins
. Responsible for converting prospects into Enrollment
. Responsible for handling inquiries and getting the enrollments done over the phone.
. Lead Generation ( Cold Calling & Lead Calling)
. Knowledge of using Social Media Platforms Like, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
. Counseling, Presenting, and closing the deal
. Responsible for resolving queries related to the course offered.
. Responsible for maintaining day-to-day reports as required.
. Achieving monthly targets
- Managing a team of education counselors and tele counselors
- Responsible for the overall targets and profitability
- Responsible for enhancing the enrollment of the students in Classroom & Non-classroom program
- Any Other work as assigned by the DigiTech Vidya Management.
