Amity Online is looking out for Academic Counsellor for its Academics team. The work of Academic Counsellor starts once a candidate is enrolled with us as a student and extends till the time the student graduates in its course hence, taking care of the student in every aspect, as mentioned below.
- Handle student complaints, query, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit;
follow with faculty and students to ensure resolution. Maintain records of student interactions.
- Will be responsible for all Student communication and interaction, hence should have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new concepts & market trends quickly in order to counsel students about the same
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Responsible for, Orientation, Support, and Productive Output.
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearing, general counseling and progress feedback
- Giving proper information to the students/ candidates about the course.
- Maintain the Students Enrollment or Inquiry data.
- Should have knowledge of working on ticketing platforms.
Experience in handling queries of the enrolled student is must(should not be from Sales background).
Spoken English is an integral part of this profile and undoubtedly serves as an added advantage in one's candidature.
