Roles and Responsibilities

Assist students in course selection and registration.

Maintain a Constant Communication Channel with Leads Through Phone, Email and Chat during the Pre and Post-sales Processes.

Counsel students with their best knowledge as per the industry.

Maintaining daily MIS on the calls attended and walk ins attended.

Strong Sales Bent of Mind, in Order to Understand and Effectively Communicate What Skill Circle is Offering to Its Prospective Students and Close Applications.

Cold Calling and lead generation & Verification of leads.

Approachable and Vibrant Personality Ability to Approach Any Situation with Patience and Very Strong Empathy Passion to Deliver the Highest Levels of Customer Service At all Times.

Co-ordinating for webinar and other promotional activity for student registration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for smart and dynamic people who are passionate about helping students realise their dreams by guiding them informed decisions about their education & career.

Candidates should have exposure/knowledge about the education system

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.

English medium background is a must.
