Relationship Manager - Phone Banking The Relationship Manager is responsible for anchoring the banking solutions for the customers through a 360-degree approach. The role involves managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring service excellence while driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Manage and strengthen relationships with a mapped portfolio of customers through phone banking channels. 360-Degree Banking: Provide end-to-end financial solutions, including Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and Loan products. Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling relevant banking products to existing customers. Portfolio Management: Analyse customer needs and offer personalized financial advice to increase the "wallet share" (total investment with the bank). Service Excellence: Resolve customer queries and grievances promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS). Compliance: Ensure all transactions and interactions adhere to the bank’s internal policies and RBI regulatory guidelines.
